- Project Leadership and strategy, providing commercial input and delivery expertise
- Management of project start up activities and processes
- Stakeholder management, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and delivery partners.
- Risk and Issue management including identification of potential risks and issues early, development of mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance.
- Create and maintain project schedules, monitor progress and address delays and risks
- Occasional travel to regional areas may be required
- 10+ years of proven project and team management experience in construction industries
- Strong client-facing communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Strong management and solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management as you will be working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- PRINCE2 certification will be highly regarded. However, this is not a requirement
- An ability to seek and be involved in new business opportunities and effectively interface with the Client.
