- Lead a high performing Nutrition team to deliver timely technical support to the farming operations and feedmill teams
- Formulate diets for JBS Pork Australia Pig Farming Operations and external clients (multi-species)
- Provide expert technical support across the business in the area of animal nutrition, feed formulation, feed manufacture
- Develop and refine feed products for external markets
- Oversee quality control of raw materials and finished feed
- Manage feed cost budgets and raw material usage reporting
- Lead pig nutrition-related trials with our Research & Innovation Unit
- Coordinate weekly nutrition meetings and monthly performance reports
- Ensure timely production and delivery of research diets
- Review and meet annual objectives aligned with business goals
- Collaborate across departments to support key business activities
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a culture of excellence
- Perform other duties as directed.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in animal nutrition or related field
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in of feed formulation and nutrition principles
- Experience in intensive animal production systems
- Advanced computer and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication, reporting, and logistics capabilities
- A collaborative mindset and ability to influence positively
- Strong time management and confidentiality skills
- A current driver's license
