  • Ability to build effective relationships both internally and collaborate externally with local community partners and groups
  • Experience in designing and developing initiatives and programs to support the delivery of an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health recruitment and retention program
  • Ability to provide advice and guidance to stakeholders across our Health Service regarding attraction and resourcing approaches
  • A real desire to help drive the engagement, retention and career growth of our staff who identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander.
