- You have solid experience and enthusiasm for running contentious and non-contentious matters, including advocacy, advisory, and investigation work
- You enjoy advising on strategic and operational matters relating to employment, industrial relations, and WHS law
- You are keen to contribute to the growth of the practice through thought leadership, relationship development, and mentorship
