Location - Katherine, NT
Start date - ASAP
Contract Length - Ongoing
Pay Rate - $80–$95 per hour (dependent on experience)
Northern Territory regional centre
Locum contract position
Accommodation and flights provided
Contract length: 8 weeks (Monday 6 October 2025 – Friday 28 November 2025)

About the Site:A regional hospital-based nuclear medicine service supporting patients from surrounding remote and Indigenous communities, with a focus on accessible and culturally appropriate care.Requirements

Accredited qualification in Medical Radiation Science (Nuclear Medicine) with current AHPRA registration
Experience working in a nuclear medicine department, including PET and SPECT imaging
Competency in operating gamma cameras, PET scanners, and radiopharmaceutical handling, with strong knowledge of radiation safety and dose optimisation
