- Deliver warm, personalised check-in and check-out experiences that leave a lasting impression.
- Manage individual and group reservations accurately across phone, email, and booking systems.
- Respond to event and group enquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and execution.
- Coordinate and manage dining events and conference bookings within our Food & Beverage spaces, serving as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through to booking confirmation.
- Maximise occupancy and revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive rate management.
- Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Support daily front office operations including phones, emails, payments and occasional porter duties.
- Previous experience in a front office or reservations role (ideally both)
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Confident handling group bookings and coordinating event-related enquiries.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for organisation and multitasking.
- Knowledge of PMS/booking systems (Opera Cloud experience a plus).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
