- Ensure business analysis standards are maintained.
- Perform gap analysis to ensure continued 100% coverage of requirement.
- Work with Product manager, project managers, Operations, developers and testers.
- Part of the role is to deliver BA Artefacts as per the AP+ standards where allocated as a Tech BA resource in a project.
- Product Backlog Management: Identify, document, and refine user stories to increase the degree of detail relating to acceptance criteria, assumptions, constraints, dependencies.
- A Tech BA with at least 4 years' experience in Business Analysis and delivering large scale API platforms to external developers.
- Previous experience with:
- API design for external developers
- API portal design for on-boarding and servicing customers
- API sandbox testing environments
- Technology experience: REST, JSON, MTLS, OAuth
- Tools experience: SWAGGER, POSTMAN, GITHUB
- Systems experience: APIGEE, DRUPAL, AWS or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Requirements methodology (planning, elicitation, documentation), proven ability to gather Business requirements and Systems requirements independently.
- Familiarity with PCI-DSS requirements desirable
- Expert in ISO 20022 standard
