- Schedule all P.I.P.'s and monitor to complete.
- Schedule P.S.P.'s as per Branch Manager's recommendations.
- Following up on quotes generated during PM Service Events for our earthmoving and industrial engine customers and scheduling / managing work
- Scheduling Pro-Active service events such as;
- Pre warranty expiry inspections
- Priority / safety and pre-failure product updates
- Inspections designed to drive incremental revenue
- Works generated from inspections completed during other works
- Maintaining quoting and CRM system with accurate records
- Completing and recording Pro-Active transactional customer surveys
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills
- Advanced computer skills and experience working with various databases
- Ability to manage a multitude of tasks simultaneously
- Hands on approach and a strong sense of accountability
- Self-motivated, reliable and a proven team player
