We need an experienced land development engineer to cement our position in South East Queensland as a Trusted Advisor.You will work closely with the Brisbane Team Leader and local management, supporting senior leadership and assisting in decision-making. You will also help senior leaders with business development to strengthen our future pipeline.You will be involved in all aspects of development, from land rezoning and conceptual design to detailed design and contract administration. This requires a deep understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to mentor the team.As an Associate Engineer at Egis, you will play a key role in our projects' success, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering a collaborative work environment.Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in Civil Engineering is desirable.
  • Leadership experience and demonstrated people management skills (or the ambition to lead a team).
  • Over 7 years of experience in Greenfield/Brownfield Land Development Projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the consulting environment, with a focus on Urban/Land Development.
  • An understanding of the land development process.
  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • CPEng status and RPEQ desirable.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills for facilitating internal and external stakeholder engagements and business development opportunities.
  • Experience in successfully managing projects within budget and on time.
