- Provide parts and sundry items to both external customers and internal teams
- Identify, interpret, and source parts to meet customer needs
- Process invoices, raise purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure sales targets are achieved or exceeded by identifying new sales opportunities and developing relationships with existing customers
- Maintain records in MS Dynamics and handle customer inquiries
- Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, or in-person
- Provide daily support to branch the operations
- Commitment to the HCA Safety Culture (safety first)
- Positive attitude toward learning and growth
- Basic understanding of mechanical and parts concepts
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Forklift license (preferred but not required)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and earthmoving equipment is a not essential but highly advantageous
