About the RoleAs Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of the Booragoon store. You'll lead from the front, bringing energy, passion, and drive, while coaching and developing the next generation of retail talent. You'll also have the chance to treat the store like your own business, with access to KPI and Profit & Loss reporting to help you boost sales and control costs.Skills and Experience
Previous experience in Assistant Store Management or Supervisory roles
Background in fashion, footwear, or accessories preferred
Strong stock management experience
Motivated and enthusiastic, with a hands-on approach
Able to inspire and lead a sales-driven team
Confident coaching and developing individuals and teams
Passionate about building a long-term retail career
