Talent and Leadership Learning Advisor

- Partner with vendors to ensure leadership programs align with Suncorp's strategy, managing schedules, communications, and reporting metrics.
- Design and deliver engaging and professional leadership learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and a variety of instructional techniques.
- Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance participation, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate on the development of Suncorp's talent and leadership strategy and provide insights on emerging trends.
- Support the talent management program of work
- Tertiary qualifications in Learning, Organisational Development, HR, or equivalent (desired)
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors to deliver best-practice leadership development and facilitating virtual and in-person learning programs
- Expertise in adult learning principles, group dynamics, program evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration
- Advanced understanding of leadership capability-building approaches and the ability to connect learning solutions to business strategy
- Experience in Talent Management in complex organisations
