The Role We’re launching a brand-new self-insurance business operation and are seeking experienced Workers’ Compensation Case Managers to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to building a customer-focused service model from the ground up.Brisbane | Hybrid WFH
$90–100K + Super (depending on experience)As a Case Manager, you will:
- Take ownership of workers’ compensation claims within a self-insured framework
- Guide recovery journeys by coordinating medical care and return-to-work programs
- Keep things compliant with workers’ compensation legislation and regulations
- Partner for success – working with employees, providers and management to deliver positive outcomes
- Provide support with heart, offering empathetic care to injured workers
- Proven experience – 2+ years in workers’ compensation case management (self-insurance a bonus!)
- Solid knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and frameworks
- A natural communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Organised and detail-driven, able to juggle multiple cases effectively
- A problem solver with empathy, balancing analysis with genuine care
