- Demonstrated experience in application support within a financial services or brokerage environment.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms, brokerage operations, and market data systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- The ability to communicate complex technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
- A collaborative team player with a client-focused mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Hands-on experience with incident management tools and debugging processes.
