- Support the implementation of the national ‘go-to-market’ program by creating BDO Connect’s value proposition, a national communication plan, an annual national events program, and establishing a Member Portal.
- Support the development of an education program to advise internally of BDO Connect, its purpose, target audience, and value proposition.
- Support the development of national member growth initiatives.
- Support the communication plan execution by creating regular BDO Connect content for the internal Monthly Office Newsletter and conducting web changes or updates (as required)
- Support award application campaigns.
- Develop communications as required, and review success to ensure they are adding value.
- Directing the planning and execution a variety of in-person and online events including event follow-ups and reporting in conjunction with the Events & Partnership team.
- Manage partnerships, agreement terms and engagement/agreement letters for BDO Connect
- Create a feedback mechanism to measure and monitor member engagement, e.g. survey.
- Review and develop BDO Connects processes to ensure member satisfaction.
- Implement and manage BDO Connect’s Young Professionals Group, BDO Connect’s Women’s Group and discussion groups.
- Implement and optimise data processes and reporting to ensure accurate and timely insights into the BDO Connect program’s effectiveness.
- Maintain and manage membership data in the CRM, and use the data to tailor planning process accordingly incl. membership numbers reporting in conjunction with the Data & Systems team.
- Answering/referring/follow up of member queries and data entry process and fields for BDO Connect members.
- Financial reporting – Power BI dashboard, encouraging and capturing the correct data.
- Assist with development of BDO Connect budget.
- Record and maintain national and expense trackers and provide reports.
- Process expenses and purchase orders for BDO connect.
