
Senior Data Analyst

- End to end data ownership of the Flybuys issuance and redemption product analytics and reporting
- Responsible for the managing initiative pipeline and data work request process to ensure initiatives are appropriately prioritised and delivered
- Provide digital analytics SME support as required to product & marketing teams on campaign performance, customer journey flows and optimisation opportunities.
- Own the data roadmap for the squad. Leveraging a strong understanding of best practice and with a focus on future innovation .
- Building alignment with the product innovation roadmap and highlighting the path required to achieve consistency at an enterprise level
- Develop key customer insights and recommendations to inform analytics strategy and marketing investment.
- Bring a strong commercial lens, helping articulate the business benefits in line with OKR's
- Driving key insight and recommendations based on core mix of product, partner and loyalty ecosystems
- Comfortable with taking ownership of data specific initiatives and leading them from discovery to delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skillset as will be working across squad, crew and chapter initiatives
- Compelling data storyteller; capable of extracting key insights and presenting information to non-technical audiences in a way that is engaging, easy to understand and enables data-driven action
- Tertiary qualified in Business, Mathematics or Science discipline.
- Analytics professional with a proven track record (7+ years working experience)
- Experience of analytical tools - data extraction, data exploration and analysis, data visualisation.
- Experience of working within large, complex, cross functional projects and data sets.
- Technical skills including SQL, BI experience (e.g. Power BI)
- Experience with Snowflake, Python & Adobe Campaigns would be advantageous.
- Compelling storyteller, building clear narratives based on the data and insights
- Experience in clearly articulating commercial benefits of analysis
- Experience of large, complex data sets.
- Naturally curious, able to positively challenge existing practices
- Collaborative with a strong emphasis on building and leveraging relationships both internally and externally.
- Experience working with Product Managers to identify insight needs, agreeing digital data sets and requirements for KPI monitoring & digital optimisation.
