Our five-year Strategic Plan is focused on growing as an innovative, responsive and better-connected health service provider for all Australians.Watch stories about our people, patients and the communities we serve atAbout this OpportunityReporting directly to the Logistics Team Leader, as the Logistics Controller, you will be responsible for the control of inventory, stock, purchasing and traceability records for the Engineering bases across SA/NT. You will also work closely with the team to ensure regulatory compliant purchasing, receipt, and records keeping of all aviation/aeronautical productsSpecifically, you will:
Ensure the regulatory compliant acquisition, receipt and records keeping of all aeronautical products in support of the bases.
Raise repair orders for all U/S parts and follow-up on all open repair orders maintaining expected delivery dates.
Maintain appropriate Stock levels at the base.
Facilitate invoice processing with Finance.
Conduct stocktakes as required.
