Supporting the Chief Operating Officer, this is not just about rolling out four key IT systems – it’s about reshaping the way people work. You will be responsible for managing the implementation process end to end, engaging with stakeholders across the business, and ensuring the systems are embedded successfully. Your ability to win people over, explain the “why,” and help teams embrace change will be just as important as your project management capability.Duties and responsibilities
- Consult with the leadership team within the business to identify business needs and project requirements
- Translate business requirements into achievable project deliverables
- Conduct meetings, workshops and presentations to assist with the roll out of each new system
- Establish project schedules, timelines and milestones and be hands on in managing the end to end process (from implementation and then ongoing support)
- Work with a high level of autonomy to provide solutions, strategies and recommendations to the business
- Facilitate open communication and discussions between all stakeholders to ensure collaboration in project requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading projects through to implementation, ideally involving new systems or processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills – you know how to “read the room,” adapt your style, and bring people on the journey
- Highly developed communication skills – clear, confident, and persuasive, with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels
- A strong sense of emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly
- Excellent time management and organisational ability – you can juggle competing demands without losing sight of deadlines
- Commercially minded, strategic, and proactive in driving improvements and adoption of change
