Showcasing premium rental properties through open homes and private inspections
Responding quickly and professionally to all enquiries (phone, email, online)
Processing applications and providing clear, timely feedback to prospective tenants
Presenting tenancy applications and keeping landlords fully updated
Guiding new tenants through onboarding with confidence and care

What we're looking for:

Minimum 18 months leasing experience
A driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills to manage up to 25 properties at a time
Confidence to guide landlords and report back effectively
Current Certificate of Registration (C of R)
A driver's licence and reliable car
PropertyMe,Snug and IRE exp desirable
