Provides responsive and flexible support to all BGPA staff to support effective records management. Manages BGPA’s Freedom of Information (FOI) processes and reporting and, assesses and responds to FOI claims.At the Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority (BGPA), we have adopted which provides a common understanding of the mindsets and expected behaviours required of all our employees and the public sector. In this role, you will demonstrate to help drive positive change.Selection CriteriaApplicants should address the following four (4) criteria. These should be addressed in no more than three (3) pages in total.
Demonstrated skills and experience in effective records management using a computerised records management system.
Demonstrated experience in effective and efficient records management policies and practices including compliant retention and disposal management.
Knowledge and understanding of legislation for the management and retention of records and Freedom of Information.
Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written skills and ability to train and influence others to engage in an effective electronic records management.
