- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate industry

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Three to five years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the commercial property industry.
- Existing relationships with real estate occupiers, tenant representatives, leasing agents, and other key industry professionals would be highly advantageous.
- Some knowledge of transaction management processes, lease negotiations, and commercial real estate market dynamics is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team to achieve business objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
