Manage the performance and development of a team of motor assessors.
Provide coaching and support to the team.
Ensure compliance is adhered to and high level standards are met.
Drive a positive culture within the team.
Display a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others.

Location: You will be based in either Altona or Sunshine in the western suburbs.Working from Home: 1 day a week working from home. This role requires you to visit vehicles on-site, however if you have finished your onsite work you can complete your administrative work from home.Benefits for You

Your Skills & ExperienceYou do NOT need to have worked as a motor assessor previously to be suitable for this role.

Trade qualified in panel beating or spray painting.
Experience and knowledge of the motor body repair industry.
Experience in a leadership role such as workshop manager.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Broad understanding of insurance claims and processes is a plus.
Able to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Must have a Full Drivers License and be willing to undergo a police check.
