This position will oversee the afternoon shift production team, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.Benefits:

- Identify training needs and organise training sessions for production staff
- Monitor productivity rates and product standards; implement quality control programs
- Collaborate with management to implement company policies and goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role essential
- Experience within an FMCG environment ideal
- Strong leadership and training ability
- Experience meeting production deadlines, targets and KPIs
