- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Coach and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes using Agile principles.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Ensure alignment with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks where applicable.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and other stakeholders to deliver business value.
- 10+ years of total professional experience, with at least 4 years as a Senior Scrum Master.
- Proven experience delivering Agile projects in the BFSI sector is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
- Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid visa with full work rights in Australia.
