This role involves defining and executing mid- to long-term goals to grow and nurture new and existing accounts, aligning closely with business strategy. You will develop customized account strategies, prioritize prospects based on strategic importance, and engage key stakeholders-including C-level executives-to build lasting relationships and drive sales performance.You'll take full ownership of the opportunity pipeline in your region, from creation through closure. This includes running marketing-led campaigns, evaluating customer needs, and identifying the right solutions and go-to-market strategies. A key part of the role is to assess opportunity risks, understand financial constraints, and propose business models and financing options that meet client goals.In addition to managing opportunities, you'll oversee a small team of project managers, providing leadership and guidance across solution bids and project execution in Process Automation and Networking/Cybersecurity. People management is central to this position-offering mentorship, setting performance expectations, resolving conflicts, and building a strong, collaborative team culture while ensuring optimal resource allocation.The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with proven experience in both sales and project management. A strong technical foundation in process control, exceptional leadership skills, and a successful track record in stakeholder engagement are essential.
