- Lead programs that support inclusive workplace transformation and future workforce needs.
- Influence DIB strategy and benchmarks across a national, purpose-driven organisation.
- Engage widely across the People function and business to embed meaningful DIB outcomes.
- Co-developing and delivering DIB programs that enhance inclusion and workforce capability.
- Managing DIB governance, Working and Reference Group coordination and external benchmarking requirements (e.g. SAGE, AWEI).
- Supporting the evaluation of programs and strategies using data and evidence.
- Building partnerships across internal and external stakeholders to embed DIB practice.
- Identifying and integrating innovative DIB approaches and thought leadership into CSIRO's ways of working.
- At least 5 years' experience delivering DIB or people-focused initiatives in complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of systems of exclusion, intersectionality, and inclusive program design.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting DIB governance, reporting, and/or evaluation of initiatives, including experience in analysing organisational data, forming insights, and driving organisational change.
- A relevant qualification in HR, OD, DIB or related discipline.
