If you're a hospitality leader with a deep appreciation for culture, connection, and cuisine, we want to hear from you.From day one, you'll play a key role in shaping a high performing team, building a vibrant workplace culture that feels like family, and a share a passion for an unforgettable dining experience. You'll lead the day-to-day while championing elevated service and heartfelt connection in a beautiful beach location.Shift managementEnsuring the smooth and consistent delivery of serviceManaging relations & liaising with company shareholdersDelivery of daily staff briefings prior to every serviceDaily shift operations & financial reportingCash handlingStaff training and developmentOngoing staff performance managementQualificationsStrong English communication skills, written and spokenPolite personal manner, both face to face and over the phoneGreat memory for faces and ability to engage customers and staff and build excellent rapportWell-groomed and professional appearance18-36 months Management ExperienceStrong leadership, communication, and team development skillsConfidence managing both front and back of house, with a focus on elevated service standardsStrong stakeholder management - able to effectively collaborate with owners, resort management, suppliers, and wider business teamsCurrent QLD RSAAustralian working rightsComputer literacy and experience with reservation platforms (e.g. SevenRooms)A genuine passion for hospitality, with a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and a belief that consistency creates extraordinary guest experiencesAbility to multitask, problem solve and keep cool under pressure.Solid understanding of hospitality costs, and budgetingItalian food and wine knowledge (preferred)Food Safety Supervisor Certification (or willingness to obtain)Flexible availability, including, nights, weekends and peak holiday periodsSpeak Italian?
