Our goal is to source the best talent and establish a fresh culture to drive business growth, producing innovative food solutions for sale across Australia and the world.ABOUT THE ROLESWe are seeking reliable Cleaners to join our team in a fast-paced meat processing environment. This role is crucial to maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the facility, ensuring operations continue smoothly and in line with strict food safety regulations. You’ll be part of a supportive team, working across various areas to complete scheduled cleaning tasks during or after production hours.This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Safely operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety protocols and procedures.Clean and sanitise equipment, machinery, floors, and surfaces in processing areas to meet food safety and hygiene standards.Follow detailed cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed within set timeframes.Conduct pre and post operational cleaning checks as required.Work collaboratively with other cleaners, line leaders and supervisors to ensure cleanliness standards are met.Identify and report any potential hygiene or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.Maintain accurate cleaning records and adhere to company policies.Contribute to a safe work environment by following all WHS guidelines.Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as required during production or shutdown periods.REMUNERATIONFull time - $28 per hourROSTERMonday to Friday roster:8.30am - 4.30pmABOUT YOU
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, or a willingness to learn.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour, including repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • A safety mindset.

  • Drivers license and reliable vehicle, or reliable means of getting to work.
