What you’ll be doing:Delivering exceptional support and advice to customers via phone, email, and SMSResponding promptly and professionally to all enquiriesProviding proactive solutions to boost customer satisfactionAccurately logging enquiries and processing sales orders using SAP and ZendeskManaging transactions from start to finish, ensuring seamless revenue recognitionCoordinating with the warehouse to meet delivery deadlines and delight customersFollowing up on outstanding invoices and managing backordersCollaborating closely with other departments to ensure smooth operationsMaintaining precise records and ensuring compliance with quality standards and OHS policiesWhat we’re looking for:

Impeccable attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in supply chain or order management (SAP experience is a big plus!)
Ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping accuracy top of mind
Tech-savvy, with experience using SAP and Zendesk highly regarded
Must bring a positive, can-do attitude
