Our clients are the owners and operators of assets that are critical to our local communities.In partnership with the Australia Defence Force, we are looking for a Transport / Fleet Coordinator to join the team at HMAS Cerberus located in Crib Point, VIC for a Part-Time (2 Days per week) opportunity.Reporting to the Transport Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to provide admin support to the Transport Supervisor, and coordinate and maintain defence fleet.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Operate and manage company fleet vehicles, designated Defence fleet vehicles and hired vehicles.
  • Manages all functions related to plans, schedules, organising and prioritising multiple requirements within the Transport Fleet.
  • Provide a transport booking service for self-drive vehicles, or driver and vehicle.
  • Ensure vehicles are issued in a clean, fully functional state, with fuel appropriate to meet the task, with appropriate documentation.
  • Ensure vehicle record keeping and documentation is fully maintained and achieved in the appropriate information management systems
Skills and experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in Transport, logistics or supply chain advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience in high volume administration
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, outlook, excel, word
