About YOU:
Understanding of quality, compliance & clinical governance within aged care
Experienced in the development and implementation of quality systems, and continuous improvements processes
Excellent knowledge of the Aged Care Standards and accreditation process
Excellent understanding of quality assurance & auditing processes
Able to continuously improve and conduct gap & risk analyses
Excellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skills
Able to coordinate, educate and mentor the clinical staff
Practical aged care experience in a clinical role
Deliver measurable improvements in service quality
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
