- Promptly reporting any maintenance issues or lost property
- Working closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience
- Bring a positive, friendly attitude and a guest-first mindset
- Are physically fit, with the stamina to stay active and on their feet throughout the day
- Are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in their work
