- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, evaluating, and implementing opportunities for enhancement.
- Take a forward-looking approach to identify requirements for MWM to progress the mine, equipment, and technology improvements.
- Work closely with MP&E to uplift plant availability and manage off-site repairs.
- Collaborate closely with other functions and stakeholders to ensure effective performance of duties.
- Focus on setting the fortnightly look-ahead, providing input into the work schedule, and meeting the QPP.
- Support preparation activities by ensuring the correct equipment is either onsite or ordered in advance.
- Act as a key interface in the development and execution of the QPP with WRE and MTS, particularly in relation to the daily and 2-week plans.
- Bridge the gap between MTS, WRE, and Operations, as current plans lack the granularity required for effective planning, scheduling, and execution of dewatering activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, statutory obligations, and standards.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement in site-wide water efficiency.
- Participate in the facilitation of PPS and 5 Whys sessions.

- Hold a current "C Class" WA Manual Driver’s License
- Experience in a similar role with some operational experience
- MTS or experience in active mining environment
- Mine water management or similar experience required
- Ability to deliver Improvement projects
