- Classification: From $33.41 per hour + applicable loading (Level 2 - Victorian Disability Services (NGO) Agreement 2019)
- Work Schedule: Shifts operate within: Monday - Friday 9.00AM - 3.00PM, Friday 6pm -10pm
- Support clients in adventure-based learning, empowering them to push beyond their boundaries.
- Assist with daily tasks, including personal care, hygiene, and meal support.
- Promote community inclusion by identifying and facilitating engagement opportunities based on client interests.
- Encourage client participation in community activities, with support ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:4.
- Foster physical health, communication skills, teamwork, self-confidence, and overall wellbeing
- Be an effective communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills, particularly with an understanding, sensitivity and respect to participant's abilities, strengths and circumstances.
- Have a strong understanding of supporting clients with varying disabilities and active supports.
- Enjoy helping others achieve their goals and personal growth.
- Be an efficient organiser, able to maintain and update programs, file notes and documents as required.
- Have experience working in day centre work and with behaviours of concern.

- Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent;
- Current First Aid and CPR certification;
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain);
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain);
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
