- Ideal candidate will have 4+ years experience as a Group Executive Chef, Culinary Director or Culinary Operations Manager working at a Regional or National Manager level
- leading and managing culinary teams, shaping organisational culinary vision, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Experience leading and inspiring culinary teams, creating & developing menus in line with group vision, adding value to systems that lead to higher level of efficiency and profitability
- You see the big picture and have the ability to drive other peoples vision
- Able to work within a corporate structure in a role that is well defined
