The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products, ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the manufacturing process.Key responsibilities include:
Assemble components and products according to detailed specifications and production schedules.
Collaborate with the production to identify and resolve any assembly issues.
Ensure all products meet the required standards before moving to the next stage of production.
Operate tools and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Assist with the packaging and dispatching of finished goods.
THE ESSENTIALS
Previous experience in a production or assembly role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
Good problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and safety protocols.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
