- Deliver engineering survey for construction, set-out and monitoring activities.
- Check and verify site work is within survey tolerances and specifications.
- Manage and support machine control systems and deliverables (GNSS, machine files).
- Lead, mentor and coordinate survey assistants and subcontract survey crews when required.
- Liaise with project teams to resolve on-site survey issues quickly and practically.
- Maintain accurate field and office records using TBC/12d and other software.
- Advanced Diploma or above Tertiary qualification in surveying, spatial science or equivalent.
- Proven civil construction surveying experience (site set-out, as-constructed, monitoring).
- High proficiency with TBC (Trimble Business Center) and 12d, and confident with a full range of survey kit (total stations, GNSS).
- Experience delivering and managing machine control workflows.
- Strong numerical accuracy, problem solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously in the field and coaching junior staff.
- UAV REPL desirable.
