The RoleAs the Store Manager, you will be the face of the brand in Cannington. You will lead your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalised, consultative service. You will also drive all aspects of store performance, from managing visual merchandising and inventory, to hitting sales targets and mentoring your team.Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading, coaching and developing a team to achieve KPIs
  • Delivering a high level of one-on-one customer service
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand's aesthetic
  • Managing stock levels, replenishment and inventory control
  • Creating a positive and motivating team environment

  • Flexible to work weekends and late-night trade when required
