- Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans to support business objectives and meet customer demand.
- Analyze demand forecasts, sales trends, and market data to develop accurate production and procurement plans.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory while maintaining high service levels.
- Collaborate with procurement team to identify and qualify suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
- Work closely with production planning team to ensure alignment between production schedules and demand forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turns, fill rates, and on-time delivery to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive process improvements and cost savings within the supply chain.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in supply chain planning software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
