- You will actively be driving new business growth in your territory - building the pipeline, owning the sales cycle, and closing deal
- Developing strong, long-term customer relationships across industrial and welding sectors
- In addition, working closely with your branch team and support network to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience
- You will Identify and help to commercialize new gas opportunities in collaboration with the BOC sales team
- Furthermore, providing expert advice and support to customers using your technical knowledge of welding processes and applications
- Maintaining a strong commitment to safety with a focus on zero harm to people or the environment
- While demonstrated sales experience is valued, technical experience in welding and fabrication has a very strong appeal in consideration to the role
- Your strong desire to serve customers, motivation to deliver a high level of daily activity, and a passion for sales will aid you well in this position
- Enjoy being out of the office in front of people, you take initiative and are a self-starter with very good time management skills
- You possess an excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent personal presentation. Able to work independently with minimum supervision with excellent abilities to time manage and prioritize
- You want to own your own region's success, be responsible for significant customer revenue, be empowered to 'do the deal', and be hungry to win
- A clean and valid driver's license a must have
