
Senior Manager - Quantitative Researcher or Qual and Quant Dualist

- Lead complex quantitative and qualitative research engagements from scoping through to delivery, ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives
- Design and oversee the development of research instruments (e.g., surveys, questionnaires, discussion guides) and ensure robust analytical frameworks are applied
- Translate data into compelling insights and strategic recommendations, using advanced analytics and visualisation tools
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with high-profile clients, acting as a strategic advisor and thought partner
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a high-performance and inclusive team culture
- Drive quality assurance across all deliverables, ensuring methodological rigour and client relevance
- Contribute to business development through proposal writing, pitch presentations, and thought leadership
- Collaborate with EY colleagues across service lines to integrate research into broader transformation programs
- 10+ years of experience in market and social research, ideally within a leading agency or consultancy
- Proven expertise in quantitative (and qualitative) research methodologies
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
- Outstanding client engagement and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to mentoring and developing others
- Familiarity with digital research tools/platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SPSS, R), and emerging methodologies (e.g. AI)
