- 5+ years’ experience in low-rise residential, townhouse, or project home drafting
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD with strong documentation skills.
- Solid understanding of Australian Standards and building codes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality, compliant documentation.
- Contribute to the design and documentation of current and upcoming residential developments
- Coordinate with consultants and external drafting teams to support efficient project delivery
- Prepare accurate and detailed construction documentation for residential projects
- Use ArchiCAD to develop designs, manage sloping site conditions, and refine construction sets
- Ensure all documentation complies with Australian Standards and aligns with industry best practices
- Assist in managing mark-ups, revisions, and document control
- Attend design and coordination meetings as required
- Producing construction drawings for buildings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using ArchiCAD
- Revising drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers & Construction team.
- Ensuring drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Coordinating with other disciplines such as civil and structural Engineers, Planners etc. for integrated designs.
- Assisting Architects in the design development and documentation phases.
- Preparing conceptual sketches and 3D models to communicate design ideas.
