This full-time role will see you assembling, testing, and rebuilding specialised equipment to exacting standards, while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and safety.Who will you be working with?

What will you be doing?
  • Assembling, manufacturing, testing, and rebuilding artificial lift products to specification
  • Identifying and reporting design or component issues, and working through problem-solving processes
  • Driving continuous improvement by raising and actioning initiatives to improve efficiency and eliminate waste
  • Contributing to quality control documentation, risk assessments, and procedural updates
  • Supervising and motivating team members while maintaining strong staff morale
  • Ensuring a safe and compliant workplace, following company procedures and legal regulations
What do you need?
  • Driver’s Licence
  • Forklift Licence (desirable)
  • Qualification in mechanical engineering or equivalent trade background
  • Two or more years’ relevant manufacturing/production experience
  • Be able to work and manage with others as part of a team
  • Ability to motivate and excite staff
  • Supervise and manage delegated staff
  • Self-motivated with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Strong maths ability and computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to solve problems and work unsupervised
  • Willingness to follow processes and procedures consistently
  • Safety-conscious and reliable
