- Design, develop, and maintain training content, including e-learning modules, user manuals, job aids, and facilitator guides for SAP SuccessFactors.
- Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions—both in-person and virtually—to diverse user groups.
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and Change Management teams to identify learning needs and tailor training accordingly.
- Support end-user adoption during SuccessFactors implementations, rollouts, or enhancements.
- Maintain a keen understanding of module updates and best practices to ensure training content remains current and effective.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training materials for SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in at least two of the following modules: Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with instructional design tools and learning management systems (LMS) preferred.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly training formats.
- Provide post-training support, gather feedback, and implement improvements for continuous learning enhancement.
