Ready to take the next step in your plumbing career? Core Talent are looking for an experienced and qualified FIFO Plumbing Supervisor to lead our team in the Pilbara, Western Australia. This role is currently based in Western Australia, flying in and out of Perth. We will unfortunately not consider interstate candidates, offshore candidate or candidates without full working rights EG: Permanement Resident or above.What You'll DoYou'll oversee all plumbing operations, from new installations to maintenance and servicing across multiple sites. This role is a great mix of on-the-ground leadership and project management.Your key responsibilities will include:Supervising and supporting a team of plumbers.Scheduling work and coordinating maintenance.Ensuring quality and safety standards are met on every job.Building and maintaining strong client relationships.Assisting with quoting, procurement, and project budgets.What We Offer70 - 75 per hour depending on experience.An ongoing 2:1 FIFO roster with long-term work.Flights, Camp and food are provided.Potential for promotions into Project Management including full trainingWork on exciting mining construction projects.What You'll NeedA valid WA Plumbing Licence and a Gas Certificate.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.Experience with quoting and scheduling.Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.A solid understanding of AS/NZS 3500 standards.A focus on safety, teamwork, and quality.Highly regarded skills: Experience with Supervision, a Plumbing Contractor's Licence, a Rio Tinto Inductions and site qualifications are a plus.If you have a passion for leading teams and a desire for a rewarding FIFO career, we want to hear from you.
