  • Lead cost manager delivering full cost management services for client in the commercial occupier and fit-out sector. Responsibilities across pre-construction, procurement, and post-contract activities. Major project experience preferrable.
  • Take the lead for all delivers to your clients ensuring on time and quality output adding real value to our clients
  • key point of contact for our clients on their projects, working closely with the client, and our internal team to drive value
  • Assisting regional occupier sector lead in business management (planning, forecasting, etc.)
  • Leading our cost management service to our client on a major project
  • Responsible for financial management of commissions
  • Responsible for excellent client care
  • Responsible for ensuring all deliverables are of the highest quality in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible for training junior staff
  • Assisting in business generation
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience as a cost manager / senior cost manager
  • Experience in pre contract and post contract deliverables
  • MRICS or MAIQS preferred
  • Experience in the occupier and/or fit-out sector preferred
  • Experience in major HQ project preferred
