The team work across the 26 offices, 12 services and 11 sectors to ensure Cundall continue to be recognised as a world leading expert in innovative and sustainable design engineering.This is made possible by the team’s open and collaborative approach to dialogue and creative thinking and our shared ambition to collectively, achieve great things.The RoleAt Cundall Australia, we now wish to appoint an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager ,based in either our Sydney or Melbourne office , to play a senior role in the regional team, providing strategic leadership as well as day-to-day operational management.This will be a maternity cover , 12 months fixed term contract role, with possiblity for an extension. The role includes supporting the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing and business development strategies to ensure we maintain existing clients, drive the acquisition of new clients and raise the profile of the practice in the external market place. This means working alongside business leaders to develop marketing and business development strategies for the Practice and implementing these strategies personally and through the sector team.The role will also include involvement in the bids and proposals process, business to business (B2B), working with the submissions team and fee earners, as well as the opportunity to work on global initiatives with the wider global team.NOTE:We are open to having this position based in either our Melbourne or Sydney office.The SkillsDegree-qualified, with experience in a marketing and/or business development role, you have also proven yourself in professional services and/or a consultancy environment and gained experience of working with marketing/ CRM databases. You have demonstrated your ability to think and work strategically and to co-ordinate and supervise the activities of others to achieve objectives. Crucially, you have an outstanding ability to connect and work with internal and external stakeholders, develop relationship to achieve strategic objectives. You have built and continuously developing your network within the industry for greater collaboration and industry intelligence sharing.Your written and verbal communication skills are essential, a proven track-record of influencing senior stakeholders in an assertive but diplomatic manner.A post-graduate qualification in marketing and/or experience in the built environment sector would be advantageous.We know that to be the best at what we do we need a diverse workforce underpinned by an inclusive culture.
