- Provide high-level administrative support by coordinating correspondence, preparing reports and handling information requests
- Timely and accurate preparation and submission of expense claims on behalf of site staff.
- Assist in managing rosters, including data entry and record checking
- SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queries
- Assist with collecting and collating timesheet information.
- Provide site office support, accurate data entry, filing and daily diary management.
- Purchase of materials, equipment and consumables including co-ordination of delivery to site
- Maintain systems and procedures for contractual requirement
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, employees and public, both internal and external, ensuring positive interaction
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar administration role
- Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to collaborate as part of a supportive high-performing team
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
- Any experience in SAP will be highly regarded for the role.
