About the role:As the Sales Relationship Consultant, you will be the face of the company for many clients, guiding them from their initial vision through to the final contract. Your primary goal isn’t to sell, but to listen. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and help them articulate it. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with prospective clients to understand their lifestyle, family needs and design aspirations;
- Guiding clients through home designs and how options can be tailored to their specific needs, budget and block of land;
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients throughout the week to ensure a smooth and supportive journey; and
- Developing accurate and detailed quotes that reflect the client’s vision and budget.
About you:To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and motivated professional with a keen interest in the residential building industry. You will ideally possess a property knowledge of the Toowoomba region and have a natural ability to connect with people.
