- Support the delivery of Infrastructure Sustainability (IS) ratings across transport, energy, and water projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability across all project stages
- Author and review technical reports covering topics like circular economy, carbon, water, and social impact
- Represent Arup in external meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements
- A degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science or a related field
- Minimum 4 years' experience in infrastructure sustainability consulting, with IS rating scheme knowledge essential
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences
- Understanding of decarbonisation policy, climate risk assessment, and sustainability-related legislation in Queensland and Australia
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership
